The project involved a strategic approach in re-purposing an existing building to accommodate the Lennock Nissan Service Centre and was delivered according to Nissan’s Franchise Design requirements. The facility accommodates a work friendly environment for the delivery and servicing of new vehicles. It also provides functional and comfortable amenities for the customers that attend this facility.
The project required Nikias Diamond to substantially alter an existing steel structure to meet its new purpose. A new high quality lounge and awning were constructed for the customers comfort, with wood grain joinery and polished terrazzo tiling throughout. New employee amenities, such as lunch rooms, training rooms and offices were completed to provide an ideal working environment.
In addition a multi-story carpark was constructed to provided additional parking for the servicing of vehicles, and to further the dealerships continuing demand for vehicle sales. The structure was primarily constructed with reinforced concrete and was bound by precast concrete.
