The Diamant Hotel (now Peppers Gallery Hotel) is an 80 room, boutique hotel designed to showcase an eclectic collection of emerging and established artworks. Nikias Diamond undertook the original and then subsequent post-fire rebuild of this heritage building.
The fit out required special and careful attention to detail including high client expectations to delivery amenity and quality and the need to address the building’s heritage significance. To deliver the highest quality décor, all hotel finishes were custom procured and fabricated.
