221 London Circuit is a prominent office tower in the heart of Canberra’s district. This 14 storey refurbishment included internal and external work, the addition of a floor on the top of the building plant, upgrades to lifts, plant and equipment and the incorporation of a sophisticated Building Management System.
The refurbishment enabled the building to acquire a 4.5 Nabers rating. Nikias Diamond also engaged extensively with building tenants on their specific requirements, including with ActewAGL and the ACT Public Trustee.
