This state-of-the-art hybrid facility designed by AMC Architecture for Denman Prospect, features a range of ammenities across 2,500sqm. This is the first purpose-built facility that will have community organisations using the space from day one.
The Community Centre is perfectly located in the Denman Village which will be at the heart of the suburb. The Centre accommodates a childcare centre at ground level with a community centre located above, both of which will benefit from expansive views and excellent solar orientation to create light-filled internal areas and dynamic external gathering spaces. Contrasting materials and geometric forms create a striking built form that takes its cue from the surrounding context.
