CAIM Warehouse is a large industrial project located in Hume, consisting primarily of a warehouse facility, with an attached front office space. The office space has red feature brick precast, timber cladding and large format black glass to stand out from the stock standard concrete.
We chose to use precast feature panels over normal brick veneer construction for these front walls for safety, quality and time benefits.
